1. 使用许可
当你从 App Store 下载离线私密相册后，你获得在受支持 Apple 设备上使用本应用的非独占、不可转让许可。应用及其界面、文案与代码仍由开发者保留相关权利。
2. 付费下载说明
本应用采用付费下载模式，价格与地区以 App Store 页面显示为准。下载、更新、退款与账单处理均遵循 Apple 的 App Store 规则。当前版本不提供额外应用内购买入口。
3. 正常使用范围
你可以使用本应用导入、整理、OCR 识别、导出和清理本地照片与文档内容。你不得利用本应用从事违法、侵权、恶意破解或干扰 App Store 分发流程的行为。
4. 数据与设备责任
你的照片与整理结果默认仅保存在本机。请自行对设备安全、系统备份和导出文件负责。若你删除本地内容、卸载应用或更换设备，可能导致数据不可恢复。
5. 条款更新
如果后续版本调整商业模式、同步能力或数据处理方式，我们会同步更新本页内容和应用内法务入口。
Terms of Service
1. License
When you download Offline Private Album from the App Store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported Apple devices. The app, its interface, copy, and code remain owned by the developer.
2. Paid download
This app is distributed as a paid download. Pricing and regional availability follow the App Store listing. Downloads, updates, billing, and refunds are handled under Apple’s App Store rules. The current version does not offer additional in-app purchases.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the app to import, organize, run OCR on, export, and clean up local photos and document content. You must not use the app for illegal activity, infringement, malicious reverse engineering, or disrupting App Store distribution.
4. Responsibility for your data
Your photos and organizational results remain on-device by default. You are responsible for device security, system backups, and exported files. Deleting local content, uninstalling the app, or changing devices may make that data unavailable.
5. Updates to these terms
If a future version changes the business model, sync capabilities, or data handling behavior, we will update this page and the app’s in-app legal entry points accordingly.
