Privacy Policy / 隐私政策

1. 适用范围

本隐私政策适用于“每日灵粮”（Daily Manna）iOS 应用。 应用由智子科技（三河）有限公司（英文名：Geeker Tech，以下简称“我们”）运营。

每日灵粮不包含第三方广告或跨应用跟踪 SDK，不出售个人信息，也不要求用户注册账号。

2. 应用处理的数据

设备本地数据

以下内容默认保存在用户设备上：

  • 阅读计划、阅读进度、连续阅读记录和收藏经文；
  • 用户创建的日记、心情和标签；
  • 主题、语言、字号、提醒时间等应用设置；
  • 语音播放速度及其他功能偏好。

这些数据主要使用 Apple 提供的 UserDefaults 和应用沙盒存储。 我们不会通过自有服务器收集这些本地数据。

可选的 iCloud 同步

用户主动使用同步功能时，日记、阅读计划、阅读记录和收藏内容可存储到用户自己的 Apple iCloud / CloudKit 私有数据库。该数据由 Apple 依据其隐私政策处理， 我们无法浏览用户的 CloudKit 私有数据库内容。

通知

应用可在获得用户授权后安排本地阅读提醒。提醒由设备系统处理， 我们不会因为本地提醒而获取推送令牌或建立用户画像。

导入和导出

用户可主动导出日记或应用数据，也可导入备份文件。导出的文件由用户选择的系统分享目标处理。 请在分享含有私人日记的文件前确认接收方可信。

可选 AI 功能

当前公开版本可能不提供 AI 功能。若某一版本提供由用户主动配置的 AI 灵修功能， 用户需自行选择服务商并提供 API 密钥。只有在用户主动发起请求时， 相关经文、语言设置和生成提示才会发送至用户选择的服务商。 API 密钥保存在设备本地，不会发送到我们的服务器。 第三方 AI 服务商将依据其自身隐私政策处理请求。

3. 我们不收集的数据

应用不要求姓名、身份证件、精确位置、通讯录、照片、麦克风、健康数据或支付信息。 应用当前不使用第三方分析、广告归因或行为追踪服务。

4. 数据保存与删除

本地数据会保留至用户在应用中重置数据或卸载应用。 iCloud 数据可能在重新安装后通过同一 Apple ID 恢复。 用户可以停止使用 iCloud 同步，并可通过 Apple 的 iCloud 存储管理功能管理相关数据。 如需删除指导，可通过本页末尾的联系方式联系我们。

5. 数据安全

应用依赖 iOS 应用沙盒、系统数据保护和 Apple CloudKit 的安全措施。 任何存储或传输方式均无法保证绝对安全，用户应妥善保管设备密码、Apple ID 和可选的 API 密钥。

6. 儿童隐私

应用面向一般用户，不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。我们不会在知情情况下通过自有服务器收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。

7. 政策更新

当应用功能或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。 最新版本将发布在本页面，并更新生效日期。

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Daily Manna iOS application, operated by Geeker Tech (智子科技（三河）有限公司, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Daily Manna contains no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs, does not sell personal information, and does not require an account.

2. Data Processed by the App

Data stored locally

The following information is stored on the user’s device by default:

  • Reading plans, progress, reading streaks, and favorite verses;
  • Journal entries, moods, and tags created by the user;
  • Theme, language, font size, reminder time, and other preferences;
  • Speech playback speed and related settings.

This data is stored using Apple-provided technologies such as UserDefaults and the app sandbox. We do not collect this local data on our own servers.

Optional iCloud sync

When the user chooses to sync, journal entries, reading plans, reading records, and favorites may be stored in the user’s private Apple iCloud / CloudKit database. Apple processes this data under its privacy policy. We cannot browse the contents of a user’s private CloudKit database.

Notifications

With permission, the app can schedule local reading reminders. These reminders are handled on the device. We do not obtain a push token or build an advertising profile from local reminders.

Import and export

Users may export journals or app data and import backup files. Exported files are handled by the destination the user selects in the system share sheet. Users should verify the recipient before sharing private journal content.

Optional AI features

AI features may not be available in the current public version. If a version offers user-configured AI reflections, the user selects a provider and supplies an API key. Only when the user initiates a request are the relevant scripture text, language setting, and generation prompt sent to the selected provider. The API key is stored locally and is not sent to our servers. The selected provider processes requests under its own privacy policy.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

The app does not request a legal name, government identifier, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone access, health data, or payment information. It currently uses no third-party analytics, advertising attribution, or behavioral tracking service.

4. Retention and Deletion

Local data remains until the user resets app data or removes the app. iCloud data may be restored after reinstalling with the same Apple ID. Users can stop using iCloud sync and manage related data through Apple’s iCloud storage controls. Contact us for deletion guidance.

5. Security

The app relies on the iOS app sandbox, system data protection, and Apple CloudKit safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Users should protect their device passcode, Apple ID, and any optional API key.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our own servers.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
