1. 接受条款

使用每日灵粮即表示用户同意本服务条款及隐私政策。 如不同意，请停止使用并卸载应用。

2. 服务性质

每日灵粮提供圣经阅读、阅读计划、灵修记录、日记、收藏、提醒和语音朗读等工具。 应用内容用于个人阅读与一般信息参考，不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务或专业宗教辅导。

3. 用户内容与责任

用户保留其日记及其他原创内容的权利。用户应负责设备、Apple ID、备份文件及可选 API 密钥的安全， 并确保导入、导出或分享的内容不侵犯他人权利。

4. 圣经与第三方内容

应用仅在合法授权或适用的公版范围内提供圣经文本。 各译本名称及相关权利归相应权利人所有。第三方服务（包括 Apple iCloud 和用户自行选择的 AI 服务商）受其自身条款约束。

5. 可选 AI 内容

某些版本可能提供可选的 AI 生成灵修内容。AI 输出可能不准确、不完整或不符合特定宗派观点， 用户应结合经文原文和可信赖的专业人士独立判断，不应将其视为权威教义或专业建议。

6. 可接受使用

用户不得利用应用从事违法活动、侵犯知识产权、破坏服务安全， 或通过可配置的第三方接口发送违法、有害内容。

7. 服务变更

我们可能更新、修改、暂停或终止部分功能，以提升安全性、兼容性或合规性。 我们会在合理范围内保护用户本地数据，但用户仍应自行保留重要内容的备份。

8. 免责声明与责任限制

应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内， 我们不保证服务始终不中断或所有内容完全准确，也不对因设备故障、第三方服务、 用户误操作或未妥善备份造成的间接损失承担责任。

By using Daily Manna, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and remove the app.

2. Nature of the Service

Daily Manna provides Bible reading, reading plans, devotional records, journals, favorites, reminders, and text-to-speech tools. Content is for personal reading and general information. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional pastoral advice.

3. User Content and Responsibility

Users retain rights to their original journal content. Users are responsible for securing their device, Apple ID, backup files, and optional API keys, and for ensuring that imported, exported, or shared content does not violate another person’s rights.

4. Scripture and Third-Party Content

The app provides scripture text only where legally licensed or available for appropriate public-domain use. Translation names and related rights belong to their respective owners. Third-party services, including Apple iCloud and any AI provider selected by the user, are governed by their own terms.

5. Optional AI Content

Some versions may provide optional AI-generated devotional content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with a particular denomination. Users should consult the source text and trusted professionals and should not treat AI output as authoritative doctrine or professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the app for unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, interference with service security, or transmission of illegal or harmful material through configurable third-party interfaces.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, or compliance reasons. We take reasonable care with local data, but users should maintain their own backups of important content.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy and are not liable for indirect loss caused by device failure, third-party services, user error, or missing backups.
