Overview
货账通 is an inventory, sales, purchasing, and finance management app designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
智子科技（三河）有限公司 values your privacy. 货账通 stores your data locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synchronized to your own iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service.
Except for synchronization provided by Apple through iCloud and CloudKit, this app does not send your business data to our servers and does not interact with our servers for data processing.
Information We Process
Business information you enter, such as product records, inventory data, purchase records, sales records, customer information, supplier information, receivables, payables, and reports.
App preferences and security settings, such as selected language, whether iCloud sync is enabled, and whether app lock is enabled.
If you enable app lock, the app uses system-provided Face ID or device passcode authentication. We do not receive, store, or process your biometric facial data.
How Information Is Used
To provide inventory, purchasing, sales, finance, reporting, and customer management features.
To synchronize and back up your data across your Apple devices when you enable iCloud.
To protect access to the app through system authentication features.
iCloud and CloudKit
When iCloud sync is enabled, your business data is stored and transmitted using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services and synced among devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
Apple provides the cloud storage and transport for this feature. We do not copy this data to our own servers, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with advertising networks.
If you turn off iCloud sync, the app will continue to work with local storage on your device.
Your Control and Data Retention
You can edit or delete your business data within the app and you can turn off iCloud sync at any time.
Data stored in iCloud is retained according to your Apple account settings and Apple's cloud service policies.
