Common Checks
If iCloud sync is not working, make sure your device is signed in to Apple ID, iCloud is enabled, and this app is allowed to use iCloud.
If app lock is unavailable, make sure Face ID or a device passcode is enabled and biometric authentication is allowed for the app.
If you changed devices, sign in with the same Apple ID and allow time for iCloud sync to complete.
